Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) Program

The Order of the Arrow's (OA) Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) program is a training program that helps local lodges develop the skills needed to run and plan successful programs. The program's goals include:

Teaching about the many aspects of the Order
Providing tools to develop lasting solutions and creative ideas
Helping our lodge grow

Lodge Annual Banquet

The Order of the Arrow (OA) Annual Banquet is a yearly celebration that includes a dinner and award ceremony. It's a social event where members can enjoy fellowship and good food, and meet new friends. The banquet also provides an opportunity to:

Recognize the accomplishments of the Atchafalaya Lodge over the past year
Welcome new officers and thank outgoing ones
Recognize recipients of awards like the Founders Award, Arrowman of the Year, and new Vigil Honor members

The banquet is open to all active adult and youth Order of the Arrow members, as well as their families and guests.
